Can I modify my order?

Once you've clicked 'Pay now' at checkout and your order is finalised, we’re unable to make changes to your order. This includes:

• Modifying the item or size
• Updating the delivery or billing address
• Adding or removing items
• Changing the shipping method

Although changes are not possible after placing your order, you can start a return or exchange after your order has been delivered.
