Can I modify my order?

You can edit or cancel your order within 30 minutes of it being confirmed, using the order editing option on the checkout page or in your order confirmation email.

After this time, orders are processed automatically and we're unable to make any changes. This includes:

• Modifying the item or size
• Updating the delivery or billing address
• Adding or removing items
• Changing the shipping method

Although changes are not possible after the 30 minutes, you can start a return or exchange after your order has been delivered.
