Most guys will need to resize their wedding band at least once in their lifetime, so we've got you covered with free size exchanges, for life.

FREE Replacement Ring For Accidental Loss

40% of men will lose their wedding ring. We know you’re not planning on losing yours, but in the unlikely event that you do, we'll replace it for free, no questions asked.

Unlimited Replacements Under Our Lifetime Warranty

Like all CRAFTD pieces, your wedding band is also covered under our Lifetime Warranty. So whichever way you look at it, we’ve got you covered. You can read this in full here.

How to Claim:

Making a claim couldn't be easier. Just drop us an email at hello@craftdlondon.com along with:

• Your original order number
• A short note on the reason for your claim
• Your preferred size, colour, and style of ring

We’ll guide you through the next steps from there.

Important Information on Replacement Rings: 

1. While replacements are free, all claims will be subject to a small shipping fee.
   
   
2. We believe your original wedding band should always stay with you—it’s part of your story. That’s why, if you ever need a different size, we’ll send you a new one and let you keep the original. If you need to change sizes again after that, we’ll simply exchange your most recent ring.
   
   
3. All future size replacements are eligible only after 6 months of your purchase date. Didn’t get the right size the first time? You'll still have your standard 30 days to exchange your ring for the correct one.

Our Right to Decline Claims:

CRAFTD reserve the right to decline claims that:

• Show signs of misuse or damage caused by neglect
• Don’t meet the criteria of our warranty or replacement guarantee
• Are flagged by our team as potentially false or fraudulent

Additional Terms & Conditions:

To keep offering this level of value to everyone, your replacement guarantee covers:

• Up to 3 free size replacements
• Up to 1 free replacement for accidental loss
  

Claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and in certain situations, we may extend the warranty beyond what’s covered here.
