How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days from the date your Craftd order is delivered to return any unwanted items.

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them, including all original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process your refund. All returns are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. Do you offer free returns?

At this time, we are unable to provide free return labels. The returned orders remain your responsibility until they reach our facility, so we highly recommend obtaining proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and traceable.

For UK and US customers, there’s no upfront charge when dropping off your return using the generated label/QR code, however a £3/$8.50 admin fee will be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

The timing of your refund depends on how long it takes for your returned items to reach us and be processed by our team.

  • We only issue refunds to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Once our team has processed your return, you’ll receive an email notification. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, though it often happens much sooner.

Can I combine multiple returns?

No, each return must be registered and sent separately. Combining multiple return in a single package can delay the processing of your refund, so please ensure each return is packaged individually.

Remember to keep proof of postage for each return.

If your return is lost in transit and you cannot provide proof of postage, we won’t be able to process your refund. However, if you can provide a valid tracking number or postage receipt, we’ll offer store credit for your return.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day window by starting a return or cancellation request through your account: https://shopify.com/74520887604/account

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of you providing proof of return — whichever is earlier. Your refund will include the standard outbound delivery cost. We do not refund premium or express delivery upgrades.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sealed items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Any other categories exempt under EU law
