This year’s Black Friday sale at CRAFTD is like no other. For the first time ever, we’re offering up to 71% OFF every single item—including our most exclusive styles and bestselling sets, some of which have always been off-limits for discounts (until now).

Can I shop the sale early?
The only way to shop the sale early is by joining our early access list here. If successful, you'll get first pick of our biggest discounts and most popular items.
Will I need a password to shop early?
Yes. Keep an eye on your emails for your private link and password. Early access starts at:
- UK: 6PM GMT 🇬🇧
- USA (NY): 1PM ET 🇺🇸
- USA (LA): 10AM PT 🇺🇸
- EU: 7PM CET 🇪🇺
- TORONTO: 1PM ET 🇨🇦

Will everything be in the sale?
Everything on our site will be discounted, including our newest gemstone releases and ALL previously sold-out cap collections.
How big are the discounts?

Is shopping early essential?
Will gifts be included in the sale?
Yes. For the first time ever, our Gift Sets AND Make Your Own Set will be discounted, ON TOP of their existing bundle savings. If you’ve had your eye on something special (whether for yourself or as a gift), this is the best opportunity you’ll get.

Can I reserve my favourite pieces?
Unfortunately, we can’t reserve your favourites, but to boost your chances, we highly recommend adding them to your cart ahead of time. When the madness begins, they’ll be ready to go with discounts already applied.
Will you be restocking sale items?
No, our final restock for the holidays has already arrived. No items will be restocked before, during, or after the sale. Once something sells out, it’s gone until 2025.
When does the sale end?
The end date of our Black Friday sale is entirely stock-dependent. With discounts this good, things will go fast. We suggest shopping early to avoid disappointment.

Can I use a discount code?
Not this time—all discount codes are disabled during our Black Friday event, but they’ll be back after it ends.
Will you have any 'pay later' options available?
Yes! Alongside express checkout options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, we’ll offer the following "pay later" options:
- 🇬🇧 UK: Clearpay, Klarna, PayPal
- 🇺🇸 USA: Sezzle, PayPal
- 🇪🇺 EU: PayPal
Can I return items from the sale?
Of course! We’ve extended our returns period to 60 days for the sale so you can shop for gifts risk-free. Just make sure items are in their original condition and packaging, and register any returns through our Returns Portal.
What shipping options will be available during the sale?
Both standard and express shipping options will be available across all stores during the sale. For full details, check our Shipping Policy.
I've made a mistake on my order; can I change it?
Once you’ve hit "pay now" and your order’s confirmed, we can’t change or cancel it on our end. But don't worry—you can still start a return or exchange once it arrives.
I’ve made multiple orders, but only one has arrived.
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, but sometimes your second order might arrive before your first. If this happens, just keep an eye on your tracking emails.
I’m missing some items from my order.
Orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability. If that happens, we’ll send you tracking info for any items still on the way. If an item goes out of stock, it will be refunded, and the rest of your order will be dispatched. As always, we'll keep you updated via email.
